Why We Started
Our journey began when we saw real-life struggles of students who made career decisions without proper guidance:
🎠A Friend’s Lost Talent: A gifted sculptor and musician was forced into pharmacy by family expectations. He struggled, failed repeatedly, and eventually dropped out, wasting years of effort and money.
⚖️ A Wrong Stream Choice: Another friend chose science in 11th grade just to stay in the same school—despite wanting to pursue UPSC, where arts would have been a better fit.
🔍 A Personal Experience: Even our founder faced this challenge—wanting to study psychology but ending up in pharmacy due to a lack of career awareness. This realization led to the creation of INNOVATE CAREER—to ensure that no student suffers due to wrong career choices.
